Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup molasses1/3 cup vegetable oil1 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups boiling water2 tablespoons active dry yeast1/2 cup warm water1 cup whole wheat flour5 cups bread flour2 eggs
Instructions:
Combine oats, molasses, oil, salt and boiling water. Let cool to about 105 degrees F.Proof the yeast. Add to oat mixture and stir well.Add whole wheat flour, 2 cups white flour and the eggs. Beat well.Stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough.Turn dough out to a floured counter and knead for about 10 minutes.Place in a well greased tupperware bowl with a lid on it.Put into the fridge and leave over night.Punch down and form into loaves and let rise until doubled.Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).I got 3 large loaves and 4 mini loaves with this recipe.
