Oatmeal Raisin Cookies X recipe |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine, softened1/2 cup canola oil3/4 cup brown sugar3/4 cup white sugar1/2 cup egg substitute1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon water1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg2 1/2 cups rolled oats1/4 cup oat bran1/4 cup wheat germ3/4 cup raisins3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Lightly grease cookie sheets.In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, oil, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth.Beat in the egg substitute, vanilla and water.Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir into the sugar mixture. Stir in the oats, oat bran, wheat germ, raisins and walnuts.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are lightly browned.Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.
