Oatmeal Raisin Toffee Cookies recipe


    4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup crushed toffee candy

    Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Grease cookie sheets.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
  • Beat in the eggs, one at a time then stir in the vanilla.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture.
  • Blend in the oatmeal and toffee bits.
  • Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
