Orange Ginger Pork Roast recipe |

Ingredients:
3/4 cup orange marmalade2 teaspoons lemon juice1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon dry mustard2 pounds boneless pork roast
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a small bowl, mix orange marmalade, lemon juice, ginger, and mustard.Place pork in a medium baking dish, and, glazing frequently with the orange marmalade mixture, cook 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
