Orange Salmon with Creole Seasoning recipe |

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil2 salmon steaks1 tablespoon Creole seasoning, or to taste1 orange, juiced
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.Season salmon with Creole seasoning, place in skillet, and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.Reduce heat to low, and pour orange juice around the salmon.Continue cooking 5 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
