Pasta Salad with Shrimp and Basil recipe |

Ingredients:
1 pound medium shrimp, cooked and peeled4 cups cooked medium seashell pasta2 cups chopped plum tomatoes1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper1/3 cup fresh lemon juice1/4 cup chopped shallots1/4 cup chopped fresh basil2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
