Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package fettuccini, uncooked1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach2 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
Instructions:
COOK fettuccine according to package directions; drain and set aside.COOK spinach according to package directions; drain and set aside.Saute garlic in olive oil in a large skillet until tender but not brown.Stir in cooked spinach, salt, and pepper; cook until thoroughly heated.Toss together spinach mixture, fettuccine, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts in a large serving bowl.Serve immediately.
