Peachy Ginger Soup recipe |

Ingredients:
3 1/2 pounds fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped1 teaspoon ground ginger1 1/3 cups heavy cream2 tablespoons rum
Instructions:
Puree the peaches and ginger together in a food processor or blender.Stir in heavy cream and rum.Chill.Serve cold.
