Peanut Butter Cookies III recipe |

Ingredients:
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt2/3 cup peanut butter1 egg1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. Cream peanut butter and egg. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the canned milk.Stir until well blended.Stir in vanilla and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
