Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese1 cup confectioners' sugar1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup skim milk1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.Beat in sugar and peanut butter until mixture is smooth.Mix in milk, then fold in whipped topping.Spoon mixture into chocolate crust.Cover and freeze until firm.
