Peanut Butter Pie XII recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

    Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Beat in sugar and peanut butter until mixture is smooth.
  • Mix in milk, then fold in whipped topping.
  • Spoon mixture into chocolate crust.
  • Cover and freeze until firm.
