Ingredients:
1 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic, minced2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root1/4 cup vegetable oil1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced1 cup peanut butter1 1/4 cups water1/4 cup tamari3 tablespoons honey1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
Instructions:
In a saute pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions, and saute until tender. Add garlic, jalapeno pepper, and ginger; cook and stir for 2 minutes.Stir in peanut butter, water, tamari, and honey until smooth. Add shredded basil. Heat through, and remove from heat.
