Pecan Jam recipe


    2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

    Instructions:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the pecans, white sugar, brown sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, butter, and cider vinegar.
  • Cook over medium heat, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is well blended.
  • Do not allow the mixture to boil.
  • Transfer to sterile jars, and refrigerate.
