Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar3 cloves garlic, crushed6 cups hot cooked penne2 cups chopped spinach1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives2 tablespoons capers3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.Add pasta, spinach, olives, capers, and cheese; toss well.
