Ingredients:
6 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking powder1 pound lard
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder.Cut in lard until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.Store in an airtight container for up to 6 weeks.To make 2 pie crusts, combine 2 1/2 cups mix with 5 tablespoons water.
