Pie Crust VI recipe


    4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cups shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 10 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

    Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine shortening, sugar, eggs, salt, vinegar and water.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the flour until just combined.
  • Divide dough into 4 equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece into a ball, flatten, then wrap with plastic and refrigerate.
