Polish Sausage Soup recipe |

Ingredients:
12 small red new potatoes2 onions, diced4 stalks celery, chopped1 pound baby carrots2 pounds kielbasa, diced
Instructions:
In a large pot over medium heat, combine potatoes, onion, celery, carrots and sausage. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
