Poor Man's Fried Rice recipe |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice1 tablespoon sesame oil soy sauce to taste2 eggs, beaten1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger root1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice and cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and drain any excess water.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in rice and soy sauce; heat briefly then transfer rice to a bowl.Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, then stir in rice. Stir in ginger and green onions; heat through and serve.
