Pork Chops with Dijon-Dill Sauce recipe |

Ingredients:
1 pound thin pork loin chops1 teaspoon oil2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules1/4 teaspoon garlic salt1/8 teaspoon black pepper1/4 cup plain yogurt2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed1/4 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
In skillet over medium heat, cook pork chops in oil 6 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and pork reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F. Remove pork to platter; season with bouillon, garlic salt and black pepper. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, dill weed, and sugar. Serve sauce with pork chops.
