Pork Tenderloin with Hoisin-Raisin Sauce recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1 tablespoon fresh lime juice1/4 cup hoisin sauce1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon chile sauce with garlic*3 tablespoons golden raisins
Instructions:
Roast on rack in shallow pan in a 425 degrees F oven for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature is 160 degrees F.Stir remaining ingredients together in medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat.Slice pork and place on serving plate; pour sauce over pork.
