Pumpkin Pecan Pie III recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

    Instructions:

  • Beat eggs until frothy.
  • Stir in pumpkin, corn syrup, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Sprinkle with pecans.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Chill.
