Ingredients:
3 eggs1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree3/4 cup dark corn syrup3/4 cup white sugar1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup chopped pecans1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Instructions:
Beat eggs until frothy. Stir in pumpkin, corn syrup, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with pecans.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Chill.
