1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1 teaspoon ground ginger2 tablespoons molasses3 eggs, beaten1 cup evaporated milk
Instructions:
Mix together pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and molasses. Blend in eggs and evaporated milk. Pour filling into pie shell.Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 40 minutes, or until set.
