Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) pie shell2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree1/2 cup white sugar2 eggs1 cup evaporated milk1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1 pinch ground cloves1 pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs, milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg.Stir until smooth and thoroughly mixed.Pour pumpkin mixture into pastry-lined pie pan.Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set in center.
