Pumpkin Spice Ricotta Creme recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground dried ginger
  • 2 (1 gram) packets sugar substitute

    Instructions:

  • Mix together all the ingredients and chill.
  • Scoop into dessert bowls or hollowed-out mini-pumpkins and serve.
