Pumpkin Toffee Pie recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust3/4 cup toffee baking bits1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree1/2 cup white sugar1 cup light brown sugar1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 pinch salt1/2 cup milk1/2 cup heavy cream3 eggs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).Sprinkle toffee bits into pie shell; set aside.In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla and salt.Beat in the milk, cream and eggs until filling is smooth and creamy.Pour filling over toffee bits in pie shell.Place on baking sheet in the middle of the oven.Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 90 minutes, or until filling is set and crust is golden brown.
