Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil1 plum tomato, chopped1 tablespoon sliced pitted ripe olives1 teaspoon capers, drained1 clove garlic, minced1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes1 BOCA Meatless Italian Sausage1 sandwich roll, partially split
Instructions:
COOK sausage as directed on package.Meanwhile, heat oil in small saucepan on medium-high heat.ADD tomato, olives, capers, garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.FILL roll with sausage; top with tomato mixture.
