Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I recipe |

Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix2 tablespoons minced onion1/3 cup white sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper1/4 cup milk1/2 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup buttermilk1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
Combine the coleslaw and onion in a large bowl.In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, lemon juice and mix until smooth.Pour over the coleslaw and onion mixture, stir well and chill for 1 hour.
