Roasted Peanut Honey Glazed Ham With Cumin recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cook's® brand Bone-in Spiral Sliced Ham, Butt or Shank Portion Ham, or Half Ham
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup honey

    Instructions:

  • To prepare glaze, toast cumin for 3 minutes in 300 degrees F oven.
  • Toast crushed peanuts in the oven for 5 minutes or until brown at 400 degrees F.
  • Put orange juice in bowl, then fold in each ingredient in the following order: honey, cumin and peanuts.
  • Prepare and heat ham according to package directions.
  • Brush glaze over your favorite Cook's ham 30 minutes before meat is done.
  • Heat ham uncovered for final 30 minutes.
  • Carve ham and serve.
