Ingredients:
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust6 egg yolks1 cup white sugar1 (.25 ounce) package unflavored gelatin1/2 cup cold water2 cups heavy cream1/2 cup rum1/8 cup grated semisweet chocolate
Instructions:
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy.In a saucepan, soak gelatin in water. Bring to a boil. Stir slowly into egg mixture.Whip the cream to peaks, and add rum. Fold into egg mixture. Pour filling into cooled pie shells. Sprinkle with shredded chocolate. Serve after chilling for several hours.
