Ingredients:
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup bacon bits1/2 cup diced sweet onion1 (1 pound) loaf cocktail rye bread
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to broil.In a small mixing bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, bacon bits, and onion.Arrange rye rounds on a baking sheets.Spoon the cheese mixture onto the rye bread.Broil until mixture is hot; be careful not to burn the tops of the rye rounds.
