Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar1 shallot, minced1 tablespoon water1 1/2 tablespoons raspberry mustard1 teaspoon white sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper12 cups torn assorted salad greensEdible nasturtiums (optional)
Instructions:
WHISK together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; add salad greens, tossing to coat.
