Salmon Patties II recipe


    4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can canned salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 quart vegetable oil for frying

    Instructions:

  • In a medium bowl, combine salmon, egg, and flour; mix well.
  • Form into patties.
  • Heat approximately 1/4 inch oil in a fry pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry patties in batches until browned, turning once.
  • Drain on paper towels, and serve.
