Ingredients:
2 (14.5 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes, drained1 bunch fresh cilantro3 cloves garlic, minced salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix together tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and salt and pepper.Mix well, cover, and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
