Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers1/2 cup chopped celery1 small onion, chopped3/4 cup white vinegar1 cup white sugar
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the sauerkraut, green peppers, red peppers, celery, onion, vinegar and sugar. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
