Ingredients:
1 frozen BOCA Meatless Smoked Sausage1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained1 slice Swiss cheese1 slice rye bread, toasted
Instructions:
COOK sausage as directed on package.CUT sausage in half lengthwise and brown in skillet on medium heat.Add sauerkraut and cheese; cover.Heat 2 minutes or until cheese melts.SERVE sausage on toast slice with mustard or reduced fat thousand island salad dressing.
