Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white sugar1/2 cup water2 egg whites1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon light corn syrup1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In top of double boiler with mixer at high speed, beat all ingredients about one minute.Place over rapidly boiling water; beat at high speed until the mixture forms soft peaks. (This may take longer than 7 minutes).Pour into large bowl; beat until the mixture is thick enough to spread.
