Smoked Salmon Pesto Pasta recipe |

Ingredients:
5 ounces smoked salmon1 onion, chopped1 clove crushed garlic2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms3/4 cup pesto3 tablespoons tomato paste2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil1/4 cup water8 ounces spaghetti
Instructions:
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente.In medium skillet, cook olive oil, onion, mushrooms, and garlic until onion is transparent and mushrooms are well cooked. Stir in tomato paste, pesto sauce, chopped basil, water, and smoked salmon; cook gently for 5 - 10 minutes, or until desired consistency is achieved.Drain pasta. Serve sauce over noodles.
