Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil5 tablespoons red wine vinegar1/4 cup sour cream1 1/2 teaspoons salt1/2 teaspoon mustard powder1/4 cup white sugar2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley1 clove garlic, minced1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions:
Whisk together the oil, vinegar, sour cream, salt, mustard, sugar, parsley, garlic and pepper. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
