Ingredients:
1 prepared 8 inch pastry shell2 eggs3/4 cup white sugar1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/4 teaspoon ground cloves1 cup sour cream1 cup raisins
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly. Stir in sugar, salt, and spices. Stir in sour cream and raisins. Pour filling into pastry shell.Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out dry. Serve warm.
