Sourdough Drop Biscuits recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    Instructions:

  • Sift flour, salt, and soda together into a large bowl.
  • Mix starter with oil, and stir into the sifted ingredients.
  • Drop dough by tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
