South of the Border Slaw recipe |

Ingredients:
4 cups Cabbage, shredded1 cup Radishes, shredded1 medium Red Bell Pepper, trimmed, seeded and chopped1 small Sweet Onion, chopped1/2 cup crushed Tortilla Chips1/2 cup Marzetti® Slaw Dressing1/2 cup Salsa mild, medium or hot
Instructions:
In large bowl, combine Cabbage, Radishes, Red Bell Pepper, Onion and Tortilla Chips; toss gently.In small bowl, combine Marzetti® Slaw Dressing and Salsa; mix until well blended. Add dressing to vegetables, mix and serve. Garnish with additional crushed Tortilla Chips.
