Ingredients:
4 tablespoons vegetable oil1 (12 ounce) package frozen edamame (green soybeans), thawed1/2 onion, chopped1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drainedseasoned salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add the onion, corn and soy beans, and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.Season to taste with seasoned salt.
