Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup raisins

    Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Grease baking sheets.
  • Combine cake mix, oats, eggs, and oil in large bowl.
  • Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended.
  • Stir in raisins.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  • Bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Cool 1 minute on baking sheet.
