Spicy Potato Soup I recipe |

Ingredients:
6 large potatoes, cubed2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced1 1/2 serrano chiles, finely chopped salt to taste ground black pepper to taste1 dash paprika2 tablespoons vegetable oil8 cups water
Instructions:
In a saucepan, fry potatoes in oil until golden brown.Stir in peppers, water, and seasonings. Cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
