Spicy Pumpkin Pie I recipe |

Ingredients:
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts2 tablespoons butter, melted1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin puree1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1/4 teaspoon ground cloves1/2 teaspoon salt2 eggs2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup white sugar1 cup milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).In a large bowl, mix together butter or margarine, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.In a separate bowl, beat eggs until foamy.Mix flour, brown sugar, white sugar, and milk into eggs.Blend egg mixture into pumpkin mixture.Pour half of mixture into each pastry lined pan.Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake an additional 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
