Spinach-And-Berries Salad With Non-Fat Curry Dressing recipe |

Ingredients:
6 ounces fresh spinach, torn in bite-sized pieces1 cup thickly sliced strawberries1 cup blueberries1 small red onion, thinly sliced, pulled into rings 1/2 cup chopped pecansNon-Fat Curry Dressing2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar2 tablespoons rice vinegar4 teaspoons honey1 teaspoon curry powder2 teaspoons Dijon mustardSalt, pepper to taste
Instructions:
Wash and dry spinach.Whip together dressing.Add to spinach and toss lightly.Add berries, onion and pecans.Toss lightly.
