Ingredients:
4 ears fresh corn kernels4 tomatoes, chopped1 hot yellow banana pepper, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup chopped green bell pepper1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme1 lemon, juiced2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together corn kernels, tomatoes, hot yellow banana pepper, garlic, green bell pepper, basil, sage, thyme, lemon juice and olive oil.Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
