Strawberry Soup IV recipe

4 servings

1 cup dry white wine

1/3 cup white sugar

2 cups chopped strawberries

1 cup orange juice

In a small saucepan mix wine and sugar, and bring to a boil.

Let boil for 5 minutes and then remove from heat.

Let cool.

Puree strawberries and wine mixture in a blender or food processor.

Blend until very smooth and then stir in orange juice.

Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
