Ingredients:
8 ounces penne pasta4 cups assorted vegetable pieces (such as zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, mushrooms and onions)4 tablespoons olive oil, divided3 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning, divided2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.Toss vegetables with 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Place vegetables in a grill basket or on skewers; grill until tender, about 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.Combine balsamic vinegar, remaining oil and remaining Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning in a large bowl.Add cooked pasta and vegetables and toss well. Serve warm or chilled.
