Super Duper Easy Apple Cake recipe

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and finely diced

Prepare cake mix according to package directions for a 10 inch tube pan.

Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla extract, then fold in the chopped apples.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Allow to cool.
