Tahini-Battered Tofu recipe |

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons tahini1/3 cup whole wheat flour2 cloves garlic, minced2 teaspoons egg white1 tablespoon soy sauce1 cup water1 (16 ounce) package firm tofu, cubed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.Mix together the tahini, wheat flour, garlic, egg white, soy sauce, and water in a large bowl. Toss in the tofu, and mix so the tofu is coated. Arrange tofu in prepared baking dish.Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in preheated oven.
